Beaverton, Ore. — April 20, 2007 — Jim Ravelli, whose previous executive experience includes VMware and Brocade Communications, has joined EasyStreet Online Services as Vice President of Service Delivery.

In the new position, Ravelli will be responsible for planning, directing and managing EasyStreet's internal and external IT services, with an emphasis on ensuring quality and long-term reliability. Ravelli will manage new service development and deployment.

His proven record of building organizations that exceed customer expectations of performance, scalability and reliability will help him steer EasyStreet's continued success; EasyStreet had record bookings in the first quarter of 2007, driven largely by growth in managed services.

"Companies in the Northwest are integrating their IT operations with the Internet; virtually every IT initiative these days includes an Internet component, and many are 'mission-critical' and/or customer-facing from the day they are launched," said Rich Bader, president and CEO of EasyStreet. "These businesses recognize they need those applications to run in a data center to get the reliability they need, and they often need the unique technical experience to maintain these systems in a very dynamic, challenging environment.

"While we've been delivering these services for years, the growth of EasyStreet demands that we stay ahead of the curve in our processes, platforms and personnel to ensure we deliver the reliability and responsiveness our customers expect from us. I am delighted that we've been able to attract a world-class guy like Jim to help lead our technical team in doing that."

Ravelli's philosophy is to keep an organization technically relevant and ahead of its customers.

"I want to bring the best possible processes to EasyStreet, making sure that we're serving our customers efficiently, effectively and transparently," Ravelli said. "I want to make sure the technology is in great shape so it's reliable and scales to ensure we continue to meet our customers' growing needs.

Prior to joining EasyStreet, Ravelli directed IT architecture, systems development, infrastructure and strategy of companies from start-ups to the Fortune 100. He was Senior Director of Global IT Operations and acting CIO for VMware, overseeing all facets of the computing infrastructure. He served as CIO and IT Director for Brocade Communications, responsible for the worldwide computing infrastructure and applications. He founded Archinetix for infrastructure and network consulting with Intel, Synopsys, Portal Software and others as customers. Ravelli has a BS in engineering from Arizona State University.
