Windows Senior Systems Administrator

EasyStreet is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join the Windows Team in deploying and maintaining customer servers running various managed customer applications. This position is HIGH demand, FAST paced and INTERRUPT driven.

The ideal EasyStreet Windows Senior Systems Administrator will:

Essential Technical Skills:
  • Server hardware troubleshooting and management (HP preferred)
  • Windows Server builds, backups, recovery
  • Messaging troubleshooting in an Exchange, desktop, web, and mobile client environment
  • Manage and troubleshoot DNS in an Internet related setting
  • Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP networking in a Windows environment
  • Experience implementing automated OS installations
  • Experience working with multiple IIS 6 web sites
  • Familiar with NTFS permissions, group policies
  • Setup, administration and troubleshooting of:
    • Exchange 2003
    • Windows 2000, 2003 servers
    • IIS 5.0, 6.0
    • SQL 2000, 2005
    • Active Directory with DNS
Preference will be given to individuals demonstrating experience in:
  • Windows Server 2003 NLB/Clustering
  • SQL 2005 Clustering, Mirroring
  • Exchange 2007
  • WSS 3.0 / SharePoint 2007
  • WSUS 3.0
  • Current Microsoft Certifications
  • VMWare, Windows Virtual Server
  • Web development
Education/Work Experience:

7+ years experience in an IT organization, performing in a server administrator role.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to manipulate computer keyboard/mouse and view computer screen, perform floor-to-ceiling equipment maintenance in a rack environment, work in narrow/confined spaces and lift 50 lbs.

Receptionist

Summary

Customer service oriented person with a can-do attitude. Position involves answering incoming phone calls, interfacing with customers, qualifying sales leads, generating sales and service reports, typing customer correspondence, processing sales orders, administering sales literature, and other general office duties.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Manage Incoming Calls and Phone Duties
Answers incoming phone calls courteously and knowledgeably directs to the appropriate person per established guidelines. Distribute main line voice mail.

General Office Duties

Greets visitors, identify the nature of their business and refers them to the appropriate person or department. Performs routine office support tasks. Duties typically include basic filing, typing correspondence, processing, sorting and distributing of incoming and outgoing mail per guidelines. Accept deliveries/prepare shipping. Operating photocopy and other general office equipment. Order office supplies. Maintain customer information. Responsible for general office appearance of common use areas. (Conference rooms, lobby kitchen). Other duties as assigned.

Sales Administration
Process online order requests. Record and maintain customer and prospect data in Goldmine per company guidelines. Generate sales and service reports as specified. Build sales literature packets. Assist with preparation and attendance at local tradeshows as requested by Marketing and/or Sales manager.

Essential Job Qualifications
Education/Work Experience

High School Diploma. Experience with a multi line phone system helpful. Knowledge of proper phone etiquette required. Able to handle 5 incoming lines efficiently. Must be fluent with Internet terms or willing/able to learn quickly. Creative and analytical, ability to multitask, very computer oriented with attention to detail.
